Redefining the Mediterranean Food Experience

For the better part of a decade, the kitchen has been my source of inspiration. I have my culture and family to thank for all of the things I have learned throughout the years. Focusing on a new age flavor with a very "traditional" cuisine has been my constant motivation. The classic Lebanese dishes will never be replaced but I look forward to bringing a new fusion to my culture.
